1. Warranty Coverage

We provide a 90-day warranty on all screen display repair service, starting from the date the repair is completed and the device is delivered back to you.
Our warranty covers:

  • Defects in screen display replaced by Gadget Fixers.
  • Malfunctions directly associated with the repair or replaced parts.

2. Exclusions from Warranty

Our warranty does not cover the following:

    1. Physical or Accidental Damage

    • Damage caused by drops, impacts, or mishandling after the repair.
    • Broken screens or components due to improper use.

    2. Water or Liquid Damage

    • Issues caused by exposure to liquids or moisture after the repair, even if the original issue was related to water damage.

    3. Unauthorized Repairs or Tampering

    • If the device is opened, repaired, or tampered with by a third party after our service, the warranty will be void.

    4. Software Issues

    • Problems related to software, operating system updates, viruses, or third-party apps.

    5. Battery or Power Issues

    • Battery health deterioration over time or damage caused by improper charging methods.

    6. Pre-Existing or Unrelated Issues

    • Problems not addressed during the initial repair or unrelated to the repaired components.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To claim a warranty, follow these steps:

    4. Resolution

    • If the issue is not covered under the warranty, we will provide you with a detailed explanation and an estimate for the required repair.

4. Limitations of Liability

  • Gadget Fixers is not liable for any data loss, indirect damages, or loss of device functionality caused by third-party repairs or mishandling after the repair.
  • The warranty is limited to the cost of the original repair and does not cover additional damages or expenses.

5. Device Handling and Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to securely pack the device for transit during pickup. Gadget Fixers is not liable for damage during transit unless explicitly caused by our logistics partner.

6. Terms of Warranty Transfer

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the customer who originally availed of the screen display repair service.

7. Expired Warranty

  • If your warranty period has expired, you can still avail of our repair services at the standard rates. However, any new screen display replaced during this repair will be covered under a new 90-day warranty.

8. Updates to Warranty Policy

  • Gadget Fixers reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the policy will always be available on our website.
