We recommend backing up all personal data before handing over your device for repair. Gadget Fixers is not responsible for any loss of data during the repair process.

3. Pickup and Delivery
We offer free pickup and delivery services for customers in eligible locations.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the device is securely packed during pickup to prevent transit damage.
4. Service Timeframe
Repair turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on the nature of the issue and availability of parts.
Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
5. Payment Terms
All service charges, including the cost of repairs, must be paid in full before the device is returned.
The price quoted during booking is final, with no hidden charges unless additional repairs are required, in which case you will be notified for approval.
6. Liability
Gadget Fixers is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or defects in the device.
In the rare event of accidental damage to your device during repair, we will assess the situation and provide appropriate compensation or repair.
7. Device Ownership
By handing over the device for repair, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of the device.
Any unclaimed devices will be held for up to 30 days. After this period, Gadget Fixers reserves the right to dispose of the device.
8. Limitations of Service

In such cases, the device will be returned without repair, and no service charge will be applied.
